Privacy & data use

This notice explains how S1 Digital uses information submitted for the S1 demo dashboard and limited first-party usage signals after access is approved.

What we collect

We collect the details you submit in the access form: name, business email, company, and optional role and phone number. We also store acknowledgement and consent status, timestamps, source and UTM fields where available, plus pseudonymized technical metadata for abuse prevention. After access is approved, we collect limited first-party dashboard usage signals such as sections viewed, filters used, basic interactions, session timing, and last activity.

Why we use it

We use this data to review and provide demo access, send your personal access link, secure the workspace, understand demo engagement, respond to your request, and follow up about whether the dashboard is relevant to your team. Marketing updates are only sent when you opt in separately.

What we do not use it for

Dashboard usage data is not used for advertising, ad targeting, or cross-client profiling.

How long we keep it

Demo access leads are marked for retention for up to 365 days. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your data, object to processing, or withdraw marketing consent. Contact contact@s1.agency for privacy requests.

Security and minimization

The demo gate uses a secure HTTP-only access cookie. Dashboard usage is tied to the approved access request through that server-side session. Raw IP addresses and raw user agents are not stored by the application; they are converted to keyed hashes before persistence.
